How We Support Case Managers:

Prompt Scheduling:

  • Non-emergent appointments are scheduled quickly.
  • Same-day urgent evaluations are available as needed.

Clear Communication & Reporting:

  • Patient status reports & medical records are available within 3-10 days of the office visit.
  • Records are shared with all appropriate parties (Case Managers, Adjusters, Employers, and Physicians).
  • If a fax number is provided, records can be sent via fax for added convenience.

Comprehensive Evaluations & Services:

  • Impairment Ratings – Provided upon request.
  • Second Opinions – Scheduled promptly.
  • Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) – Arranged quickly.
  • Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) – Scheduled efficiently.
